Hold the small lock at the top of the screen for three seconds, without lifting your finger. Releasing early cancels the hold. An alternative keypad is available for keyboard and screen-reader access.
There is no sound. Is something wrong?+
Sound starts quiet by default. Open the caregiver menu, enable gentle sound, and adjust its level. Check the device volume and audio output. Sound may need to be enabled again after a fresh launch.
How do I change light, movement, or glitter?+
Open the caregiver menu to adjust light, movement, glitter density, sound, and session length. Reduced motion disables tilt interaction.
Does Little Neons work offline?+
Yes. The app includes what it needs for play and does not require an account. Opening website links or downloading the app needs an internet connection.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?+
No. Little Neons is free and has no advertising, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Planned purchases in Neon Siege do not apply to Little Neons.
The app feels slow or the phone is warm.+
Reduce movement and glitter, close other demanding apps, and let the device cool. Keep the app and operating system updated. If the issue continues, tell us your device model, system version, and which settings were active.
Is this a therapy app?+
No. Little Neons is a sensory toy for shared exploration with a caregiver, not a medical or therapeutic product.
