Your license to play

For an App Store download, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app license. These terms supplement it and do not replace it. If they conflict, Apple’s Standard EULA governs the license, subject to mandatory law.

You receive a license to use the app under those terms. Downloading it does not transfer ownership of its artwork, code, brand, or other intellectual property.

Free in version 1.0

Nano Spark version 1.0 includes its control panel without advertising, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. No account or ongoing payment is needed to use it. Internet or mobile data charges from your provider may apply when downloading the app or visiting this website. Future optional offerings would be described separately; nothing here authorizes a future charge.

Entertainment and shared play

Nano Spark is a tactile sensory toy for children ages 2+ alongside a caregiver and for other people who enjoy simple interactive play. A caregiver should choose an appropriate volume, brightness, and session length.

The app does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or assess a condition and makes no medical, therapeutic, or developmental-outcome promises. It cannot replace supervision or operating-system controls.

Respect the app and others

Use the app lawfully. Do not distribute unauthorized copies, remove ownership notices, or use the NEONVAX brand or artwork as your own. Any restrictions are subject to rights and exceptions allowed by applicable law and the licenses of included open-source components.

Privacy and support

There is no NEONVAX account or cloud-sync service. The privacy policy describes local play, platform diagnostics, and adult support correspondence.

Compatibility, updates, and your rights

Features such as haptic feedback depend on your device. We may update the app to improve compatibility and reliability; the store listing identifies supported systems. We cannot promise that every device or future operating-system version will behave identically.

Apple’s Standard EULA addresses warranties, maintenance, and liability. Nothing in these supplemental terms excludes or limits non-excludable warranties, remedies, liability, or other mandatory consumer rights.

Credits and questions

Nano Spark is an original NEONVAX Game Studios app. It uses open-source components including Capacitor and Three.js under their respective licenses. Full notices are bundled with the app and reproduced below on this website.
