Nano Spark privacy

What the app does not collect

There are no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, purchases, or social features in version 1.0. Nano Spark does not request access to location, contacts, the camera, microphone, or photographs. It does not send touch activity or control settings to a server.

Local play

Control positions are held on the device while you play and reset when the app starts. There is no account, saved profile, cloud sync, or settings menu. Older testing builds may have left local preferences; the current app ignores them. Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to operating-system backup behavior.

Children and caregivers

The app is designed for shared exploration by children ages 2+ and a caregiver. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app. There are no external links, purchases, or menus in the play screen. The app does not verify age or lock the device.

Support is intended for adults. Please do not send a child’s name, image, or other personal details. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

App stores and diagnostics

Apple handles App Store downloads and Apple Account information under its own terms. Depending on your platform settings, Apple may provide developers with store statistics, crash diagnostics, and testing feedback. We use information made available through these tools to resolve reliability issues. Nano Spark does not include a separate analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

If a grown-up contacts us

When you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate problems, protect our services, and address privacy or legal requests. Our email provider processes these messages to deliver the service. We do not add support correspondents to a marketing list.

We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable exceptions. We do not sell personal information or share it for behavioral advertising.

The website is separate

Visiting this website is separate from using the offline app. Hosting services may process ordinary connection and security logs. The website privacy notice explains that handling. The app’s “no data collected” design does not mean an email or website request is processed without any data.

Changes and contact

If future features change these practices, we will update this notice and provide notices or permissions required before collection begins. This notice applies to Nano Spark, not the other NEONVAX games.
