Unlocks & purchases

Real-money purchases are planned for Neon Siege. They are not available in the current preview, and this website does not sell game unlocks. This page explains the model being prepared and what to expect if purchases are introduced.
Know exactly what you unlock
The planned format is a direct, one-time purchase of a named character or weapon. These will be non-consumable unlocks: they do not run out through use or renew as a subscription. No paid random draw is part of this model.
The in-game offer will show the item, localized price, included benefits and any conditions before Apple asks you to confirm. An unlock is not automatically a fully upgraded hero, a max-level weapon or a completed campaign. Check the actual offer rather than relying on a promotional image.
What the purchase gives you
You receive a license to use that content inside Neon Siege. The underlying art, code and intellectual property remain with their respective rights holders. The unlock is not a tradable real-world item.
A license still carries enforceable rights. “Licensed” does not mean we can remove a valid paid unlock arbitrarily or disregard consumer guarantees. See the game terms for the full explanation.
Restoring an unlock
Purchase-enabled versions will include a restoration option. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. An internet connection may be required for Apple to confirm the entitlement. Do not buy the item again simply because it is temporarily missing.
Reinstalling or resetting local progress will not require another payment for a valid non-consumable unlock. Restoration recovers the purchased access; it does not recover locally earned levels, currency, mission completion or formation settings. Cross-platform access and Family Sharing will be stated explicitly if offered; do not assume either is included.
If a purchase is missing
When purchases become available, first check whether Apple completed the payment or still shows it as pending. Confirm the Apple Account, connect to the internet and use the restoration control in a purchase-enabled build. If the item remains unavailable, email us with the item name, game version, device model and relevant transaction reference.
Remove your billing address and unrelated information from any receipt you share. Never send your password or full card number. For current previews without real-money purchasing, report missing earned content as a progression issue instead.
Refunds and parental controls
For transactions billed by Apple, request a refund through Report a Problem. Apple handles the refund request and its eligibility rules; your mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. A refunded or revoked purchase may no longer provide the corresponding content, but unrelated valid items will remain available.
Parents and guardians can use Apple’s purchase restrictions and Ask to Buy where supported. NEONVAX will never ask you to disable those protections to play.
